Morikami Park Elementary School is A Green School of Excellence
In May of 2011, the PBC Green School Recognition Program presented Morikami Park Elementary School with the Green School of Excellence award for the 3rd year in row. Our title was earned based on a grading rubric that measures green school performance in the following categories: School Ground Enhancements, Sustainability (Resource Conservation), Administrative Support, Curriculum, Community Involvement and Innovation.
